At the very center of Cala Galdana Encanto del Mar is a simple friendly 3-storey complex, reacheable by stairs to its panoramic elevated location, with only 6 apartments. It guarantees spectacular sea views and a cool respite from the hot sun. There are local facilities like shops , restaurants , bar, supermarket, car hire and chemist as well as a bus stop for the short ride to Mahon and Ciutadella, all within easy reach.

Every 65 sq mts spacious, sun-filled flat has 2 bedrooms which sleep up to 4/5 people and has a 20 sq mts breathtaking seaview terrace, perfect for lounging in the sun and savouring the cool evening breeze. From there, at night till 11.00 p.m. you will hear the music shows by the nearby hotels, while having a drink or dinner.

Each Encanto del Mar apartment offers a living area with a sofa, 32" flat screen tv, an open view kitchen corner with 4 ring cooker, oven , small fridge, kettle, coffee making facilities, microwave and toaster, two double bedrooms , one of which has access to the terrace, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and essentials. Wi-Fi throughout. No A/C but fans, no heating. Bed linen and bath towels included.

The communal area is only a few steps down, and consists of a large pool with adjoining sundeck, inflatables and beach sun umbrellas available free of charge.

A common laundry room fitted with courtesy washing machine, ironing board and iron for your personal use is located on the ground floor. It is also possible to leave there your suitcases after check-out.

Not suggested for people with reduced mobility because each floor is reacheable only by stairs.
